When wtreqinfo displays a text prompt, you may type in up to 255 characters. If you type more than 255 characters, they may continue to appear on the screen, but the excess characters are not returned with the first 255 as the information passed back to the calling program or script.
During text entry, the standard editing keys are all active, but clicking on a character to position the cursor and selecting text with the Shift key combinations may not work. Pressing Escape resets the entry to nothing, so you can start again, but does not cause the input process to be terminated.
Alt+F4 is ignored. Wtreqinfo returns only when ENTER is pressed.
