There are two ways to control the use of the e-mail signature when you select an e-mail address in the WintextCom directory. The universal method turns the signature on or off, or enables you to confirm whether you wish to append it, while the per-entry method enables you to specify the use of the signature as part of the directory entry containing the e-mail address.
These techniques are outlined in the subsections under this heading.
