This section describes how e-mail addresses stored in the WintextCom directory can be used to send e-mail messages, and the special formats available for more advanced operations.
In addition, you can paste an e-mail address from the directory to another application by selecting the entry and pressing Control ENTER, or clicking with the left mouse button anywhere in the entry line. For example, to enter your e-mail address on a log-in form on the Internet, select it in the directory and press Control ENTER; the directory disappears into the background and the e-ail address is pasted into the form field as if you had typed it yourself or pasted it from the clipboard.
