Automatically Sending Messages

As well as enabling you to quickly compose a message to send to a recipient, WintextCom allows you to send a pre-defined message immediately by just selecting its directory entry. To accomplish this, the directory entry needs to specify the contents of the message as well as its recipient.

 

This capability is covered in the e-mail templates section of this documentation, which also describes mailing to multiple recipients and attaching files to your messages.
