Your computer's implementation of the Windows Control Panel can be accessed from the WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm) directory dialling/setup menu.

Selecting the

"Y: Windows Control Panel..."

option fires up the system Control Panel exactly as if you had loaded it from Windows itself.

The option is provided within WTC as a convenience, in case you need to access system settings like modem or accessibility settings while configuring the program. The

"K: Keyboard Conrl Panel..."

option on the same menu provides direct access to the keyboard component of Control Panel, instead of opening that first.
