WTC offers a handy feature for quickly dialling out to a person who has several contact details contained in a directory paragraph.
You can select the paragraph heading to dial the first telephone number found in that paragraph, providing it is on the first information line. This means that if you have a paragraph containing a postal address followed by several contact details on information lines, you can list the most frequently used detail first (telephone number in this example) to have quick access to it. Locating the paragraph heading by searching for text that it contains, or just scrolling to it, then pressing ENTER or left clicking is equivalent to selecting the 'phone number itself.
This technique applies to all kinds of information entries - e-mail addresses, etc., not just telephone numbers. You can actually select the first information line from anywhere above it in the paragraph, heading or a line entry.
