The reading list is a directory list that is used by default to store shortcuts to files and folders. This section briefly describes its use with the library. More documentation on the reading list is presented in a dedicated chapter.
Open the reading list by pressing Control+Space (Control+WindowsKey+Space in any application). You can use the cursor keys or directory search feature to find a shortcut to a library file, and press ENTER to open it in the WintextCom Reader. Because the reading list is just a special directory list, you can organise your shortcuts in groups, paragraphs and sub-paragraphs, independent of the library. This enables you to use the reading list to access reading material in priority order or according to some other criterion, irrespective of the location of the files in the library folder structure. When you have finished with a document, open it from the reading list to delete or move it, or whatever, and then delete or move the reading list shortcut.
