To capture a web page, press WindowsKey+F9 while the page is being displayed in your web browser. This feature works with Internet Explorer, the Webbie text browser, and any other web browser that presents pages in a standard type of window.
When you press WindowsKey+F9 on an active page, WintextCom reads it into the WintextCom Reader. "Webpage:" is displayed, followed by some progress information until the page has been processed, then it is displayed in the WintextCom Reader and you can begin reading it and press ENTER if you decide to save it in the library. Links are included as well as the text of the page. The links are numbered with numbers in brace before the text of the link. The URL of the links are listed separately as references at the end of the document. This format is the same as that of web pages received in your e-mail from web-by-email services. Currently, you cannot click the links in the WintextCom Reader, but this capability will be available soon.
You can Press Escape in the WintextCom Reader to abandon the page and return to it in the browser. This allows you to simply use the WintextCom Reader to read the page. You can use this technique to read a page even if you are not immediately interested in saving specific information, but if it is lengthy and you want to stop reading, you can save it in the library and resume reading from where you left of at a later stage.
When reading a web page in capture mode, the status line shows "*Webpage*" instead of a real filename.
