When you open the WintextCom Library, you enter a part of the software called Library Manager, which runs separately from the main program as though it were another application in its own rights. It is still part of WintextCom, and if you close the latter, Library Manager will also close down and disappear. When Library Manager is open, you can freely switch to WintextCom and use its directory and other features independently.
Library Manager enables you to browse the files and folders in your library and open files in the WintextCom Reader or a preferred Document Reader. It also allows you to perform management operations such as deleting files, creating new folders, and saving new information in a new or at the end of an existing library document.
The operation of Library Manager is described in context in the following sections covering the use of the library itself.
