Ordinarily, with the default WintextCom settings, Library Manager will not allow you to navigate outside the library when browsing documents. Access to document is available only via the Document Reader setting, and document maintenance and library organisation can be carried out only through Library Manager and WintextCom Reader capabilities. This provides for a safe and simple environment in which to store and read information.
Users who are comfortable with more general computer facilities might prefer to enable advanced library mode. with this setup, Library Manager starts in the library the first time you invoke it after starting WintextCom, but you can browse freely around your computer's disks and folders, and the last one where you accessed a file is remembered next time Library Manager starts up. You can also gain external access to documents and folders.
