The JAWS for Windows Support Installation Wizard does not create an uninstall facility in Windows Control Panel, nor does the WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm) uninstaller delete the JAWS support files.
This is because there is no compelling need to clean up the JAWS support if you uninstall WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm). It comprises a very small amount of data, a few files in your JAWS user settings directory that do not do anything at all if WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm) is not the active application. They also cannot be put to any unauthorised use, as in themselves they do nothing useful, their effect is purely in relation to WTC when it is installed and active.
If you really want to delete the JAWS support files, look for the filenames beginning "wtc" in your JAWS settings directory. Deleting "wtc.jsb" will disable the JAWS support if you have modified it and it is not working properly, for example. To reenable it, open the "wtc.jss" file by pressing JAWSKey+0 in WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm), then press Control+S to recompile it (after modification if necessary).
The "jss" files are compiled by the JAWS for Windows Support Installation Wizard whey you install the JAWS support, so there should be no issues with script version compatibility and no need to compile anything manually at the outset.
