This section of the WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm) documentation provides tutorials and operational detail about the Communications Mode aspects of the software - the Windows Text Communications features. The directory is an integral component of the software with relevance to all its features, but this section describes its application from the particular perspective of telecommunications as opposed to its Launchpad extensions.

Additionally, the primary purpose of Communications Mode is to allow a person without sight or hearing (deafblind person)) to communicate over the telephone by means of the Braille display line, and we focus upon this area of use, while noting more general uses of telecommunications and computer-to-computer operation.
