As well as specifying a template to request web by e-mail, you can specify a program to process the URL instead. Usually, this would just be another web browser that  you would like to use instead of your system browser.

To specify a program instead of a web by e-mail template, simply provide the full path of the program. The use of the ".exe" extension causes the specification to be treated as a program rather than a template file, and the URL is passed to it. Any other file extension is treated as that of a web by e-mail template file.

Web by e-mail becomes unavailable if you specify a program. you cannot use both at the same time. The program must include the full path, unless it is on the Windows path and can be executed with just its filename.
