Print is one of the information modes available on the directory send menu.
However, because it is likely to be of frequent use to quickly print out a telephone number or postal address, for example, WintextCom Personal Information Manager(tm) offers the stand print command to quickly access this information mode then restore the original information mode (or none) when the required text has been printed.
Press Control+P to print information in your directory using the default system printer. The directory send menu is displayed. Select the portion of information in the current directory paragraph that you require to print. The text is sent to the printer and the send menu closes, all settings are as before.
