Windows 7/Vista/Xp/2000/ME/98/95, subject to the following:
- WintextCom is an ANSI application, there is currently no support for Unicode.
- Compatibility with versions of Windows prior to Windows XP is not guaranteed in whole or in part, but depends to some extent on the configuration of the system.
- 64-BIT Windows: Only the "Mailto" e-mail options are available.
- Windows 7/Vista: File Manager is only available in the Windows Explorer form, which is automatically set as the File Manager configuration option.
