- Dial number: ENTER on highlighted line in directory, or left click line. Braille users can press cursor routing button corresponding to any character on line
- Answer call: Escape
- Enable/disable answerphone: Control+Shift+A in directory or communications window
- Suspend/enable answerphone for current call: SPACEBAR while answer progress window still open
- Hang up call: Alt+ENTER (clears text) or Escape in communications window
- Dial or send information on Windows clipboard: Control+Alt+V. Also appears in communications file if used online to send information
- Paste Windows clipboard contents into communications file: Control+Shift+V, does not transmit information. Use Control+V for standard paste in editing window
- Type in number to dial without storing it (then press ENTER): Control+Context Menu Key, or Control right click on directory line
- Abort dial, send or answer operation (closes progress window): Escape
- Direct dial (no number prefixing): Alt+Shift+D, or Context Menu Key in directory then "d"
- Dial for hearing/voice (lift receiver first): Alt+Shift+V, or Context Menu Key in directory then ENTER or "v"
- Dial alternative prefix (voice-to-text, for instance): Alt+Shift+Y, or Context Menu Key in directory then "y"
- Toggle local echo: Alt+S,L in communications window, auto-detect by default, new setting applies to current call only
- Toggle echo characters back to remote: Alt+S,E in communications window, off by default, new setting not saved
- Toggle Interactive Communications Mode (enables interaction with modem in command mode): Alt+S,I in communications window, off by default, new setting not saved
